1, set your subjects and targets
Write down every subject, your exam board and a realistic target grade. Targets you can say out loud are the ones you revise for.
2, build a small weekly routine
- Two fixed 30-minute sessions beat one heroic Sunday.
- Rotate subjects so nothing is left untouched for more than two weeks.
- Always finish a session by writing down one thing you still do not understand.
3, use exam-style questions early
Reading notes feels productive but rarely moves grades. Answering exam-style questions under time pressure does. Start with one paper per subject this term, not in the final month.
4, track progress honestly
Log each session with a confidence score and your score on any questions you attempted. Over a term this becomes a clear map of which topics are safe and which need work, which is exactly what a good revision plan is built on.
