We collect the smallest amount of information needed to run your account, deliver the papers you buy, and keep the site working.

• Account data, your name, email, and optional profile details (year group, exam board, subjects) so we can personalise your dashboard.
• Login & authentication data, session tokens and sign-in metadata used to keep you signed in securely.
• Purchase & payment data, order records for predicted papers and bundles. All card details are handled directly by Stripe; Revizo never sees or stores your full card number.
• Cookies & local storage, essential cookies for login, security and checkout, plus optional analytics only if you accept them.
• Support messages, anything you send us via the support widget or contact forms, so we can help you.

• Give you access to the papers and features on your account.
• Send purchase confirmations and download links.
• Keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
• Send you revision reminders and exam updates only if you have opted in, you can turn these off any time in Settings.
• Improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymous usage data.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party ad trackers on Revizo.

Practice papers and bundles are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 payment provider. Stripe handles your card details directly and shares only the minimum information back to Revizo needed to unlock your purchase (order ID, product, amount, and status).

Revizo uses minimal cookies. Essential cookies are required for login, security, purchases and basic site functionality, these cannot be turned off. Optional cookies are only used for analytics to help us improve pages, and you can accept, reject or change them any time.

You can request account deletion at any time from Settings or by emailing our support team. We will permanently delete your account data, keeping only the minimum records required for accounting and legal reasons (such as VAT invoices for purchases).

All digital purchases, including practice papers, bundles and downloads, are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or delivered, except where required by law. We may still consider refunds for duplicate payments, verified technical delivery failures, or cases where the purchased product was not provided.
