Your account, in plain English.
This page is maintained by the Revizo team to answer common questions about how we handle student accounts and data. It describes current, enabled controls, it isn't an independent audit or certification.
Sign-in
Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Passwords are hashed and never seen by Revizo. You can sign in with Google or email/password.
What we store
- Your profile: display name, username, exam board, subjects, year group, target grades.
- Your study sessions: subject, topic, minutes, confidence, past paper results (when you enter them).
- Purchases and download tokens for any practice papers you buy.
Data is stored in an encrypted managed Postgres database. Only your own account can read your study data.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion from your Settings page. Your account is marked for deletion and permanently removed after 30 days. During that window you can sign back in and reactivate. After 30 days, personal data is deleted; some purchase records may be retained for accounting/legal reasons.
