Back to Revizo Results Day

After results day: the first two weeks

The fortnight after results day sets up your whole year. Here is a simple checklist so nothing important slips.

Week one

  • Confirm and accept your place in writing.
  • Complete enrolment forms and bursary or free-transport applications.
  • Register for any resits with your exams officer.
  • Order your statement of results copies if you need them.

Week two

  • Get the specification for every subject you are taking.
  • Set a target grade per subject and write it down.
  • Block two fixed revision slots into your week, small and repeatable beats heroic.
  • Do one past or practice paper per subject to see where you actually stand.

Why an early baseline helps

Sitting one paper in the first fortnight, before you have revised anything, gives you an honest starting point. Everything after that is measurable progress instead of guesswork.
